The East Village & Wesley Anderegg

While waiting for an appointment in the East Village yesterday, we were captivated by a sliver of pipes and facade that had escaped renovation. The gatoring paint in countless generations created a staggering surface that reminded us of a Twombly painting, old painted furniture that we hold so dear and, of course, Wesley Anderegg's work.

  1. I don;t know who you guys are but I am glad you like this work. I just wish glaze could do what 40 years of lead paint can do.
